Violence Helplines
The NCMH Crisis Hotline offers telephone counseling that is always free, kind, and private. They assist anyone in the Philippines who may be going through emotional hardship due to abuse and domestic violence, anxiety, bullying, dementia and Alzheimer's, depression, eating and body image issues, family issues, gambling, gender and sexual identity, grief and loss, loneliness, parenting, relationships, school or work-related issues, self-harm, stress, or supporting a friend or family member who is ill.
